Your data is the product. So we treat it like it.

Account. Your email address and the credentials used to sign in.

Exchange activity. When you connect Binance or Bybit with read-only API keys, Crest syncs your trades — pairs, size, entries, exits, timestamps and realised P&L. Crest does not import your history: syncing begins at the moment you connect, and your journal starts fresh from there.

What you add. The elements (tags), notes, and screenshots you attach to your trades. Your language, your record.

Subscription & billing. Handled by Google Play and our billing processor. Crest never sees or stores your card details.

Device & usage. Device type, operating system, app version, in-app events, and a push token (so notifications can reach you). Used to run and improve the app.

Keys are stored encrypted and used only to sync your activity. They are read-only — Crest cannot place trades, move funds, or withdraw. You can revoke a key from your exchange or disconnect inside Crest at any time, and syncing stops.

We do not use your trading data to advertise to you, and we never sell it.

Only the processors that run the product — hosting and database, billing, push notifications, and privacy-respecting analytics — each under contract and only for the purposes above. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.

Your data is kept while your account is active.

When you request deletion, your trades, journal and account are removed within 30 days, except minimal records we are legally required to keep.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data. Email support@tradecrest.co and we'll handle it.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted, and exchange keys are read-only by design. No system is perfect — if something material happens, we'll tell affected users directly.

Crest is for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, let you know in the app.
